We Started With One Belief
Every Situation Has a Solution.
Parrish Properties Solutions was built for the person everyone else overlooks the one facing foreclosure, divorce, an inherited property they never asked for, or a financial situation that spun out of their control.
The big "we buy houses" companies see a transaction. We see a person.
Our founder, William Parrish, spent years in real estate watching families get treated like a number lowballed, pressured, and left worse off than when they started.
He built this company to be the opposite of that.
Empathy first. Honesty always. And a genuine menu of solutions, because no two situations are the same.
Our Story
When Everything Was Working
In 2021, I built a real estate business from the ground up. I was working deals, building a team, learning every part of the process. For the first time, I felt the vision coming together.
Then everything changed.
When Everything Stopped
Markets shifted. Deals fell through. The business I had worked so hard to build became unstable almost overnight.
I did everything I could to hold it together. I worked three jobs. I poured every dollar back in. I studied relentlessly, without the luxury of a mentor.
But eventually, I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life: I stepped away from the business.
Not because I gave up. But because I refused to rebuild on a shaky foundation.
What I Learned
That season taught me something most people in real estate never fully understand.
I know what it feels like to watch something important fall apart something you built, something you believed in, something you couldn't hold on to no matter how hard you tried.
And I know what it's like to start over with almost nothing.
That experience is why I do this work differently.
When someone calls me because they're facing foreclosure, or going through a divorce, or they inherited a property they don't know what to do with I don't see a transaction.
I see someone who is carrying something heavy. And I know how that feels.
The Rebuild
Over the next two years, I rebuilt. I did it more carefully this time. I focused on building real relationships, expanding the options I could offer, and making sure that when I sat across from someone in a hard situation, I could actually help them — not just make an offer.
Today, Parrish Properties Solutions exists because of that journey.
We offer six different solutions because one size doesn't fit every situation. We lead with listening because that's what I wished someone had done for me.
And we show up with honesty, because hard situations deserve real answers — not pressure.
